And there’s the singer who has raised thousands for charity performing in The King and I Elvis Show alongside Lionel Robinson, the first resident pianist at Elton John’s restaurant in London. Passing mention should be made of Andrew’s occasional performances on TV and in film.

While Andrew defies a neat real estate stereotype he does have a lot in common with his Southern Highlands clientele – successful Sydney professionals who have fallen in love with the less pressured lifestyle of the country and relocated home and business to enjoy the best of both worlds. The country is in Andrew’s blood. He is the great, great, great grandson of pioneer pastoralist and explorer Gregory Blaxland.

Since establishing R&W Southern Highlands with long-standing local real estate identity Ian Cameron, Andrew has become deeply immersed in his local Highlands community, singing in his local church as well as performing for the Bowral Christmas Carols, Mittagong Christmas Carols and at the annual Berrima District Historic Vehicles Club dinner. His ’67 Mustang, has become as familiar around the country lanes of the Southern Highlands as it was on the Mosman waterfront.

Key to Andrew’s success is the easy rapport he is able to build with vendors and buyers alike. There’s no hard sell but a genuine interest in helping each party achieve their ambition, whether it’s a tree-change lifestyle on a rural holding or a comfortable family home or investment.

Andrew’s photography background gives his marketing campaigns a distinct edge. Knowing the importance of first impressions, he art directs all property photography, lending his eye and experience to capture the image that will sell the dream.
