Andrew Harvey commenced the Raine & Horne Salisbury business in 1998, building it from the ground up into the thriving and hugely successful real estate agency that it is today.

With an illustrious real estate career dating back to the late 1980s, Andrew decided to apply his wealth of knowledge and professional expertise to his own business and the rest, as they say, is history.

Since opening his own real estate office, Andrew has worked tirelessly to ensure Raine and Horne Salisbury remains the premiere real estate agency in the northern suburbs.

Through the delivery of the latest systems, training and marketing and with a strong focus on customer relations, Andrew has passionately committed to leading the business forward into the future and has led his team to great victories, with Raine & Horne Salisbury maintaining its position as the Top Selling Raine and Horne Office in South Australia for most of it’s 20 year trading history.

As a multi-award winning, fully licensed real estate agent with qualifications that include a Diploma in Real Estate Management and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales & Property Management, over 28 years Andrew has developed a complete understanding of the local market and expert knowledge of the local area. 

In the year of 2008, Andrew earned the title of Top Salesperson in the State within the Raine and Horne Group and still continues to receive many awards as well as shining testimonials from repeat clients who praise Andrew’s friendly, loyal and hardworking nature.

 His impeccable negotiation skills and ability to provide valuable direction and advice while delivering on promises has earned Andrew an impeccable track record as one of the leading residential salespersons in the state.

Andrew’s long and vast experience in residential Real Estate Investing in Adelaide’s north has made him arguably the areas foremost expert in the field.

 Not only has he built an impressive property portfolio of his own, he oversees the management of hundreds of rental properties. 

He is always on hand, willing and able to help and give valuable advice to others on their journey toward financial freedom through the power of real estate investing.

A well-known face in the Salisbury area, Andrew also volunteers his time as Treasurer for the Salisbury Business Association and as a Board Member for the Real Estate Employers Federation (SANT).

A carpenter and joiner by trade, outside of work Andrew spends time working on his own building and renovation projects.

He enjoys gardening, cooking, spending time with his family, going to the footy and taking his boat out for fishing and diving trips.
