Andrew John has been a Vaucluse community member since his infancy. Though, that’s not to say he isn’t worldly.

Andrew is an American and Australian citizen, with South African and Czech parents.

This tightly-held real estate market is renowned for its cliffside and harbourfront locations and subsequent views that reach to the sparkling harbour’s iconic bridge and opera house, or out across the Pacific Ocean on the eastern side.

Vaucluse real estate offers good land sizes or the opportunity to amalgamate smaller ones, sprawling architectural abodes and more traditional prestige residences.

Vaucluse has been home for Andrew since childhood. His schooling from start to finish has been through The Scots College, a distinctive institution educating boys in the Eastern Suburbs. Here he excelled in Cadets. 

After school, Andrew honed his real estate knowledge with reputable real estate agencies in Sydney’s east: Raine and Horne and McGrath before Alan Fettes (an Elite performer, the title afforded to the top two per cent of agents in Australia) sought him to join the award-winning Ray White Double Bay team. 

Andrew's involvement in sales largely encompasses oceanside and harbourside properties in Vaucluse and neighbouring suburbs, from art deco apartments to family homes. 

Young and hungry, he’s available to share his local knowledge with aspiring purchasers and divesting owners in Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Dover Heights and surrounding areas.
