Andrew Lew commenced his real estate career in 1987 and with over 30 years experience, has won numerous Sales Person of the Year accolades. He attributes his success to his restaurant background where service is the key. From 2003 he also commenced rental management for his clients. During his successful career he has won over many happy vendors and purchasers, to which the many repeat businesses from his clients is a testimony. And to top all this he has managed properties from ex-colleague and tenants turn landlord which he treasures most. Andrew speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and has close contacts with the Chinese community. He was a past president of ATVAA, Channel 31's Chinese community TV, and was responsible for its first transmission. He has many Chinese clients from overseas which represents a large portion of today's real estate market. Andrew highly values after sales service and disregards the common 'sell and forget' attitude.
