About Andrew Sukkar - Real Estate Agent
Andrew Sukkar is a Manager in the CBRE Western Sydney Metropolitan Investments team, with a strong focus on South West Sydney.
Andrew Sukkar joined the CBRE team in early 2018, specialising in Development Sites and Investment Properties. Growing up on a rural farm in South West Sydney, Andrew brings extensive knowledge of the region. Along with this, Andrew has always been surrounded by investment and development ventures, with his family being immediately involved in many projects throughout South West Sydney and Sydney CBD. Andrew specialises in mixed use development sites, raw undeveloped land, investment properties & multi-purpose assets.
Andrew is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and majoring in Property, at Western Sydney University which is furthering his knowledge of the fundamentals involved in the development and sale of property. Andrew’s experience includes working for a boutique industrial agency, a valuation firm Property Logic Valuers and New Edge Developments (family owned business), which has taught him the processes involved in development and foundations of construction.
