Anita is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and has an in-depth understanding of the local property market, which underpins her pivotal role as general manager at Lifestyle First Realty. Having enjoyed an extensive career in sales and marketing, her current role encompasses sales, property management, managing staff, and overseeing marketing.

Anita’s knowledge of real estate and industry compliance is second-to-none. Anita holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management. She continues to study and complete industry-based training to further enhance her knowledge at every opportunity.

A licenced real estate agent in Queensland and New South Wales, Anita was a body corporate manager for 15 years, where she gained comprehensive skills and knowledge.

Anita oversees our Property Management division. As an investor herself, Anita understands the importance of limiting vacancy rates, securing quality tenants at current market rent, ensuring repairs and maintenance are reported in a timely manner and providing clear, consistent communication. Anita has trained our Property Management team members to ensure they uphold the high standard of service we expect from all Lifestyle First Realty team members.

The Next Generation in Property

Anita is our principal Lorraine’s daughter and is proud to be a 4th generation local resident. Born and raised in the region, Anita worked in Brisbane and Sydney before venturing overseas, travelling to over 65 countries! She worked in professional services and banks in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada, before starting her real estate career in Canada in 2004.

Anita is our principal Lorraine’s daughter and is proud to be a 4th generation local resident. She worked in professional services and banks in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada, before starting her real estate career in Canada in 2004.

After returning to Australia in 2006, Anita established her local property career, under the guidance of Lorraine, right here on the Southern Gold Coast, where she grew up.

As the daughter of a builder, Anita is well-versed in new builds, renovations, and knows how to add value to a property.
