Damage Policy
Please treat our furniture, carpets, and rugs all things with respect. Accidental spills or stains on the carpet or rugs must be reported immediately. Guests will be charged the full cost of professional cleaning or replacement for any permanent damage, deep stains, or burns found after check-out.

Key/Fob Policy: To maintain strict building security, only one set of keys and fobs is provided per booking. Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee (depends on invoice we get ) and lockout assistance requires a $100 call-out fee.

Check-out Care: Please ensure all used dishes are washed or the dishwasher is started prior to your departure.
Building Guidelines: This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free property. Parties, events, and excessive noise are prohibited by building management. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Safety & Compliance: The building features 24/7 on-site security. Guests are strictly liable for any emergency call-out fees triggered by accidental smoke alarm activations.
