Approved Real Estate NT is a locally owned and operated business in Palmerston. The owners and operators Paul Bunker and Kylie Lynch opened the business in early 2010 and today employs 4 people in Residential Property Management.

Paul comes from a long career in Defence and left to take up Real Estate in Darwin back in 1995. During this time he has predominately worked in residential sales, winning a National award 2 years running and being employed as the sales manager of a large Darwin agency for 10 years prior to opening his own business.

Kylie joined Real Estate back in 1999 after relocating from Alice Springs where she grew up. Kylie started her career in sales support, winning the Northern Territory Support Person of the year in 2005 and at the same time becoming a sales representative. Kylies vast support experience brings a vital key to her role as Office Manager with Approved Real Estate NT, being able to give sound advice and assistance where needed.

Together both Paul and Kylie bring a high level of experience and knowledge to the team of professionals at Approved Real Estate NT. Palmerston is one of the highest growing municipalities in Australia and it is our aim to assist the people of Palmerston and Darwin with their real estate needs into the future.
