April joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018 as an Executive within the Relationship Management team. She is focused on building relationships with Partner Agents and driving off the plan sales.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, April held the position of Business Development Executive at Aedas, an architecture, interior and landscape design firm.
April has more than 5 years’ experience in the industry and throughout that time she has established an unrivalled level of knowledge on Melbourne’s new apartment market.
With involvement in more than 80% of Colliers Residential Victoria’s projects, April has transacted in over 150 apartment sales through Partner Agents, with a total estimated value of $55million.
A large part of April’s role is training and educating our Partner Agents to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver outstanding sales results for our developer clients.
April as exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and is fluent in English and Mandarin. she uses these skills to drive apartment sales to local and offshore buyers.
