Three years later, she stepped into Property Management and has since become a highly respected Senior Property Manager. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, April takes immense pride in delivering outstanding results - one of her career highlights being achieving 0% rent arrears, a testament to her diligence and proactive management style.
Known for her commitment to building long-term relationships with both rental providers and renters, April’s approach is built on trust, transparency, and open communication. Outside of work, April cherishes time with her partner of 10 years and their two daughters, who keep her busy with ballet, tap dancing, swimming, and singing lessons. With a baby boy on the way, family remains at the heart of everything she does. She also enjoys hitting the gym, taking road trips, and traveling whenever possible.
