I have been responsible for -

• Tender and Project Documentation, Calling for Tenders.

• Detailed contract management, Client Level, Consultant Level, Contractor level.

• Analysing tender proposals, value for money and cost benefit considerations. Report & recommend.

• Site management.

• Detailed analysis of quality & rate of completion.

• Intensive management of critical path.

• External assessment of contractors.

• Stakeholder management, upper through to sub-contractors.

• Sat on several committees at various points, related to design, planning, development and facilities management. Cross function roles related to lateral proposals.

• Identifying possible variations, related cost variances and potential savings.

• Correspondence with major suppliers, negotiating supply terms.

• Initiating Best Practice development of existing contracts, incorporating amendments to all new contracts.

• Identifying contract imbalances and specific condition disparities and potential negotiable positions.

• Prioritise all projects based on complexity, critical nature, cost and external implications.

• Continued analysis of all contracts, consideration of possible changes to terms, development of best practice through investigation and implementation.

• External investigation of current market behavior in relation to contract changes, effective communication through industry in regards to responses and identification of contract inefficiencies.

• Feasibility analysis of design proposal.

• High level of computer literacy including programming skills.
