Having personally bought and sold properties as an investor, Audwin grew frustrated with the cookie-cutter approach taken by many real estate agents. He found that all too often, a property’s pricing potential was overlooked at the expense of a quick sale.

Audwin’s real-life experiences quickly taught him the possibilities of achieving a higher price for a property, and still selling it quickly, as long as it was based on a great system and followed through. It was on this ethos that Win Real Estate was born, with the primary goal of helping people get the best possible result from their home sale.

As the visionary and co-founder of Win, Audwin has worked hard to become one of Mulgrave’s leading and most innovative agents with proven, record-breaking results and many satisfied clients.

He believes in using a creative sales approach to highlight the lifestyle advantages of each property, and recognises the vitally important role new technology plays in today’s real estate market.
