With a strong family history in property, Baden Lucas was destined for a career in real estate. Now over fifteen years later, Baden has an enviable reputation as leading Melbourne's most successful independent agency.
Beginning his real estate career with some of Victoria's largest property development companies, MAB Corporation and Mirvac, Baden garnered extensive experience in all facets of the Real Estate industry before joining Lucas Real Estate in 2006. Prior to being appointed a Director of Lucas Real Estate, Baden was consistently our top performing agent, and whilst he is passionate about buyers and vendors, he thoroughly enjoys mentoring and coaching our high-performing team.
Passionate and proactive, Baden has a phenomenal work ethic and possesses an intimate knowledge of the Docklands, Southbank and Melbourne property markets. Having lived locally in Docklands for many years, Baden is passionate about the many lifestyle benefits the waterfront suburb has to offer. When not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters Lucy & Gracie.
