As a leader of one of the Northern Beaches highest achieving super teams as well as a Director at Cunninghams, Ben has worked hard throughout his real estate career to achieve the very best for his clients. Beginning his career at Cunninghams in reception and leasing roles at the age of 20, Ben quickly moved through the ranks to join his current team within the first year.

Over this time, Ben has built an extraordinarily loyal client base, who know that Ben and his team will always deliver the best advice, experience and result possible. Known for his work ethic and first-class communication skills, Ben has an excellent reputation for creating an ideal environment for strong negotiations by building rapport with everyone he meets.

Driven by achieving success for his clients, Ben is a strong advocate for doing things ‘The Cunninghams Way’. Using this ethos throughout his career, Ben has seen many changing markets and is able to strategically work for his clients to achieve exceptional results in each type of market.

In February 2019 Ben was recognised as Agent Achiever of the Year at the Australian Real Estate Results Network annual awards.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and friends, keeping fit and enjoying the Northern Beaches lifestyle.
