About Ben Nash - Real Estate Agent

Ben has always had a keen interest in Real Estate. Since he was a young boy he would actively watch auctions, assess land uses and draw built form.

This interest never died and after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University he quickly moved to the University Of Melbourne to complete a Masters Of Property, Ben was one of the first students to complete this Masters program.

During his time at university he decided that agency was the line of work he was most interested in and started to gain industry experience, working at Colliers International in their Project Marketing division.

After a number of valuable years at Colliers, Ben moved internationally and based himself in South East Asia, where he sold Australian projects to Asian based investors.

This experience gave him a wealth of knowledge not only in sales but also in development and multiculturalism, skills that he still uses to this very day.

After many years being off shore, Ben landed back in Melbourne in 2018 where he had ASK Property Partners waiting for him. The business he and his partner, Jeremy Morris, had established years before, to help their Asian clientele manage their Australian property investments.

Today, Ben works tirelessly on property management and sales campaigns ensuring that he generates the best possible returns for his vendors and landlords both local and international.

He takes pride in everything he does and always ensures that both agent and owner enjoy the success of property investment.
