Benchmark Commercial is a specialised commercial real estate agency providing commercial and industrial property sales, leasing and asset management services in the city of Orange and surrounding Central West NSW towns.

David Hall, the Licensee-in-Charge of Benchmark Commercial was formerly a principal of Opteon Central West NSW, a valuation & property consultancy firm with offices in Orange, Dubbo and Bathurst. Having worked as a commercial valuer and property consultant in regional NSW since 1996 David recognised the need for a specialist commercial real estate agency in the growing and increasingly sophisticated Orange property market and, in recognition of that need, established Benchmark Commercial in 2007.

Since its inception in September 2007, Benchmark Commercial has grown to a position of dominance in the Orange commercial and industrial property market.
