Benoit was born in Montauban, a small town in the south of France, but spent much of his life in Toulouse before relocating to Australia 12 years ago. His move was motivated primarily by love, but also by the desire for a better quality of life, the country’s natural beauty, and its welcoming people.
With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Benoit has worked in both France and Australia. He now specialises in residential sales across the prestigious suburbs of Cremorne, Neutral Bay, and Mosman at Ray White Lower North Shore. Over the past twelve months, Benoit has sold 33 properties, ranging from stylish apartments to expansive family homes with stunning waterfront views. Noteworthy sales include 15 Baden Road in Kurraba Point, 33 Earle Street in Cremorne and 25 Wyong Road in Mosman.
Outside of real estate, Benoit is passionate about his family and sports, including cricket. He is happily married with a young daughter, Beatrice, and a large Australian family that spans from Crescent Head to Canberra.
