Blair Scott has been with Elders since 2014 and has been in the real estate industry since 2010. Blair manages the Residential team in Albany, looking after residential, lifestyle, and commercial property across the greater Albany Region.

Blair started his professional life as a geologist and explorationist, searching for diamonds, gold, iron ore, and copper, from the Arctic tundra to the Sahara Desert, the African jungles to the Andes, and the Pilbara to NSW.

After twelve years of adventure Blair decided to settle in magical Albany and pursue his passion for real estate.Blair has lived in Albany since 2010, and loves the beauty of the natural environment, the culture, and the amazing outdoor lifestyle on offer. He loves fishing and camping, and getting to some of the lesser-known beach camping spots with friends and family. As a dedicated foodie he also loves the burgeoning artisanal food and art scene in Albany.

Blair has sold everything from residential blocks, to luxury homes, commercial developments, and large lifestyle properties. Blair prides himself on his strategic approach to selling which delivers a tailor-made plan of attack and innovative marketing solutions to all his clients. He is also an accomplished auctioneer calling a large proportion of auctions in the Albany area, and having one of the best success rates with auction campaigns.

Blair loves the challenge of tracking what the market is doing, and continually developing strategies to get his clients the best results. He is dedicated to providing friendly and relaxed yet consummately professional service, and is well respected in the industry for his honesty, as well as his excellent results. Blair loves meeting and working with people from all backgrounds, and helping them achieve their goals.
