Blomfield Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency dedicated specifically to leasing and property management - we specialise in all aspects of property management and leasing.

We believe we set the high water mark for obtaining good calibre, responsible tenants who pay on time and are clean. We act for many sophisticated investors (often with several properties) and have a keen knowledge and understanding of land tax, capital gains and tax deductible repairs and depreciation, the rules of strata and all insurances pertaining to ownership of property.

Blomfield Real Estate has been in business from the same office in Jersey Road for 43 years and was established by Paddington 'pioneers' - Peter and Anne Blomfield in 1972. Peter Blomfield served in many positions on the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

Blomfield has its initial and main focus on inner city terrace houses and cottage market. Blomfield is expanding into the coastal areas particularly Bondi, Bronte and Clovelly through to Maroubra more recently with the strong growth in rents and prices in coastal and beach areas.

Blomfield is involved heavily in sales to investors where rental return is the paramount aim.

Blomfield also acts as a buyer's agent when an investor seeks a good rental property. Many clients are based overseas.
