He says. Brad launched his career in 1994, right here in his hometown of Chelsea, and has held the position of Director for more than a decade.

The key to his success is rooted in his local expertise, derived from thirty years living in the area, and twenty years working directly within the housing market.

His dedication, organisational skills and genuine empathy for clients in the process of buying or selling, are other validating factors contributing to his remarkable effectiveness.

He says. As he and his wife are both in the business of Real Estate, Brad enthusiasm for property is not defined by work/ home life boundaries.

He does however enjoy spending his leisure time engaged in the active and stamina building pursuits of paragliding and Marathon running.
