J McDonald & Co Real Estate for almost a decade until he and his co-directors bought the business. Having worked in all areas of the company, Brad found his niche’ in Property Management and has excelled ever since. An industry leader, Brad has undertaken extensive study and attended numerous courses to remain at the forefront of procedures, legislation and technology in the field of real estate management. With the introduction of the carbon tax and its impact on residential property operating costs from both energy efficiency and rates and taxes, Brad has introduced ways for clients to minimise their exposure and potential loss of income.
