Brendan lives in Traralgon with his son Jack and border collie Rusty. When not at work Brendan and Jack can be found in the shed or off camping in the bush – the ultimate boys life!

Brendan enjoys and “requires” multiple flat white coffees (1 sugar) per day but his true passion and hobby is building “stuff”, which has included a fibreglass boat from scratch, engines and the first Australian V8 Land Rover to name a few. His boy toys include boats and motorbikes.

Real Estate is in Brendan’s blood being the youngest son of Grant Williams and the 4th Generation working in the family business, but what makes Brendan so good at selling rural property is his love for the country air and quiet life.

Brendan admits to being a Carlton supporter a long time ago but his love for AFL footy has been taken over by campfires, campervans and motorbikes. He admits to being abit of a clean freak and likes everything in its place.

Brendan has not travelled anywhere too exotic just local family camping trips however, talks fondly about his trip to the Outback and desire to go back and do it again when he can get time off from the boss.

If Brendan wasn’t following in the family footsteps his dream job would be an Engineer due to his love for building things. Brendan is pretty handy in the kitchen too and can whip up anything from the pantry when he’s not getting spoilt with ‘meals on wheels’ delivered from his Mum Monica. Brendan is also a proud supporter and sponsor for the Smith Family and Family Violence Support Group for Kids.

Brendan enjoys all the perks of selling rural real estate, especially being outdoors and exploring the land. He builds long lasting relationships with his clients who then become friends and takes the time to touch base with many of his past clients on a monthly basis.

Brendan would be described by his purchasers and vendors as “an honest and knowledgeable agent”, “the agent who is willing to go the extra mile” and “more of a friend than an agent”. If you have rural property to sell, then Brendan is the only man for the job. His results speak for themselves. He is the quiet achiever in the office.
