Brendon (BJ) has property in his genes. After school he contemplated architecture before deciding to follow in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. And he’s never looked back. He’s a third generation real estate agent and a chip off the old block. But Brendon is also one of the most knowledgeable of agents, who thinks outside the box and has carved a successful career in his own right. What sets Brendon apart is his energy and market expertise. His job is not just to sell houses but to know and articulate what’s going on. This knowledge gives his clients the edge, and brings them great results. When people stop Brendon in the street to ask what’s happening they get an answer informed by hours of research, conversation and observation. He keeps his ear to the ground, and an eye on future plans for the Sunbury area. He’s a local lad who grew up around here and has seen first-hand the exciting changes and developments. When he needs to switch off Brendon travels or heads outdoors with his wife Rachael, son Lewis and dog Odie.
