About Brent ILLINGWORTH - Real Estate Agent

Brent has had the pleasure of calling Bundaberg home since he was just nine years old.

He has developed strong ties to the community through many avenues of interaction including sports, employment, volunteering and generally making a socialite of himself.

When Brent made the move into a Real Estate career with RealWay he was a fresh faced seventeen-year-old straight out of high school.

The opportunity presented to him by his father, John, meant that Brent is a founding member of the team along with his parents.

Brent feels that there’s something special about working in a family based professional business. There is more heart, which sadly, is something a lot of people in Real Estate tend to leave at home when they come to work.

The enjoyment Brent gets from dealing with people is his key to remaining in the industry. He shows more empathy than is standard in the industry and gets to know his Clients as friends for the future.

Having been at RealWay for the entire fourteen plus years, he is more than equipped to handle any situation and continues to develop as a strong leader, prepared to listen to his Team and Clients alike.

For several years Brent has been running the day-to-day operation of the office and, as of August 2015, he is the office Principal.

Brent is a firm believer that the proof is in the pie, he is more than happy to meet new people and show them exactly how a RealWay Team Member does business.
