A current director of NYP Real Estate with offices located at Moonta, Kadina and Wallaroo, Brenton Brind has been securing real estate solutions for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants throughout the Copper Coast for more than 15 years.

Whilst trading as L.J. Hooker, Brenton became a five-time member of LJ Hooker’s annual Captains Club – the top 15% of sales and property management professionals throughout the leading real estate group’s national network. He also qualified for LJ Hooker’s illustrious Multi-Million Chapter, the network’s top seven per cent of performers.

Brenton specialises in residential, commercial real estate and has a passion for farm sales, leases and clearing sales. He works closely with the property management team at NYP Real Estate to ensure investors have peace of mind that their assets are being handled by trusted hands.

Brenton has built extensive connections throughout the area through his professionalism and results. He has also developed strong community relationships through his endeavours as a committee member of the Kadina Golf Club, local ambulance and founding member and treasurer of the Paige Weatherspoon Foundation. He has also served on the Kadina Hospital Board.

Brenton also lends his skills as an accredited auctioneer to call fundraising events for local charities.
