About Brian Whiteman - Real Estate Agent
Brian Whiteman has exceptional talent in selling properties for top dollar. In his first year of real estate, he re-wrote the history books writing over a million dollars in income. He was invited to speak to agents who had been in the industry for 10-50 plus years to share his method for maximising sales prices.
Brian believes his success stems from his family's country values and beliefs in honesty, persistence, patience, and always putting others first. After many years running the family farm between Grenfell and Young, Brian moved to Bathurst. He operated Whiteman Motorcycles for 12 years as the lead salesperson with 10 staff across multiple franchise businesses. His natural ability to look after people grew client loyalty. Clients would come in and sit down to wait in line for Brian to serve them.
Brian and Jen sold Whiteman Motorcycles in 2006 after breaking all the records for the most sales in motorcycles across Australia and always in the Top 10 for sales in Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. Brian tried to retire for a short while, but that was not in his nature. He started a freight company Bunting Whiteman Freight with his brother-in-law Barry Bunting. Once again, the pair did exceptionally well together until they passed the BWF business onto Barry.
In 2012, with the urge to Travel, they packed up their family home and hit the road with their three daughters to chase the sun right around Australia in a 24ft motor home was a trip of a lifetime..!!
Whilst travelling, a real estate agent kept calling Brian, asking him if he wanted to work in real estate. That had stayed with him, and in late 2013, he started working in real estate. A natural salesperson, he started breaking street and suburb records wherever he sold. John McGrath was calling him the freak of real estate. He convinced him to open a business in Long Jetty in NSW, which became one of the highest-earning offices and earned Brian Top 10 agent for McGrath Australia.
In 2017 with his amazing wife Jennifer, they purchased their own office at 668 The Entrance Rd Wamberal. They opened The Agency, where Brian and his team have since dominated the Central Coast as the Number 1 Selling agent for 3 years and became The Agency's number 1 agent.
In March 2022, Brian and Jen decided to start their own locally owned and operated real estate business where all the profits stay in the community and step away from the franchise models. Brian and Jen have this philosophy of giving back to the clients that support them. Under Whiteman Property, they can complete that dream of giving more to the community they live in.
Brian and Jen now have a team of 10 to ensure their service levels are second to none. Each team member has been selectively chosen for their individual strengths.
