About Bronwyn Handley - Real Estate Agent
Bronwyn Handley, Principal and Owner of Switch Realty has worked in each facet of Real Estate Industry including Residential, Property Management and Sales, Commercial and Industrial as well as Land Marketing.
Bronwyn has had some wonderful life experiences which have enabled her to travel and live in some very interesting and exciting places. A career change initially lead her into the hospitality industry with a move to the Northern Territory for 3 years living and working on a remote property south east of Alice Springs and then eventually transferring into Alice Springs itself. Bronwyn's flare for travel and adventure didn't stop there. In 1995, she headed off overseas to see the world, travelling through Africa, Spain and the UK with full intentions of returning home in 6 months. After running out of money not being able to afford the flight home and not ready to admit defeat, Bronwyn settled herself in London and gained employment as a Tour Manager with Contiki Holidays. This career allowed Bronwyn to travel extensively throughout Europe including Russia and Scandinavia, responsible for up to 50 clients at a time. This lifestyle also allowed her to travel independently to South America and Mexico.
What started as a 6 month holiday turned into a 7 year long career. Upon Bronwyn's return to Australia, she decided to pursue her next career in Real Estate. Having worked in all areas of Real Estate including Property Management, Residential Sales and also Commercial Sales and Leasing, Bronwyn has experienced it all but also reached the top of her game. She has previously been awarded First National Groups Property Manager of the year in 2003 for both the Brisbane Zone and the State.
In 2004, Bronwyn alongside a valued colleague, Barry Niebling decided to start their own boutique agency in Ipswich - Switch Realty was born. With the sudden death of Barry in 2006, Bronwyn has restructured the business to a Sole Director company and taken it from strength to strength.
Her focus is to provide the latest and greatest real estate technology available plus extensive and continuous training to her professional team to provide a service second to none. She continues to take the business to greater heights without losing the importance of being a boutique agency.
Bronwyn strives to give her clients the same service she would expect to receive.
Her motto is We don't have to be the biggest - We just have to be the best.
