Brook was then approached by a multinational Entertainment Company to work in the corporate sector in a role as a Senior Business Development Manager closely working with Multinational Companies and clients.

After 8 years in the corporate sector Brook's focus and commitment has moved to Gold Coast Real Estate, which is unquestionable. From my initial inquiry about the property to the handing over of keys on possession date, I found Brook had acted on my behalf in a professional and polite manner. Inspections were to suite time frames, preparation of contracts were fast and accurate, content of the contract was explained in depth and Brooks negotiations on price between the vendor and myself as purchaser reflected fair market value for the unit. Brooks real estate knowledge on the Gold Coast and suggested trades people for refurbishment work was also appreciated with being off shore buyers. I have no hesitation in recommending Brook if you are contemplating buying or selling real estate on the Gold Coast.
