She also spent six years in the property development sector, leading PR, marketing, and corporate communications—experience that now informs her approach to guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions.
Brooke is drawn to the Northern Gold Coast for its relaxed, resort-style lifestyle, natural beauty, excellent schools, and strong sense of community. She loves helping people achieve their property goals and believes the journey is about more than a transaction—it’s about building long-term partnerships.
Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, Brooke brings a unique perspective to real estate, shaped by years of understanding what motivates people. One of her proudest achievements includes creating the Gold Coast Bulletin’s annual GC Women of the Year campaign, now in its seventh year, where she led sponsorships, publications, podcasts, and event management.
Brooke was drawn to Belle Property for its reputation, supportive training, and collaborative culture, joining the Hope Island office to learn from and work alongside experienced agents like Sally.
