At Burton & Ryan we have always aimed to do things differently and set a new standard in the real estate market.

When launching our office in 2012, we knew we had to create something different and present a one of a kind agency that was not only a unique proposition for our consumers but also a significant disruptor in the Brisbane property market. We knew this meant we would be going up against some very reputable and credible brands in the real estate industry, but it was a task we were willing to take head-on. 

It was a conscious choice not to open yet another franchise brand: from the beginning, we set about creating a new brand that reflected our vision, values and passion for real estate. What we have delivered is a fresh, boutique brand that provides a practical and competitive alternative to that major franchises.

Our approach is not to be a mass production office with success measured by how many ‘bums on seats’ we have. Instead, we take a more focused approach giving each client’s circumstance the time and attention it needs to enable us to offer them the right advice. We understand each client is unique and that selling their property is a significant event for them: we always respect this.
