Bushra is the newest pocket rocket to our portfolio management team. Bushra joins our team with a love and desire for management with her previous career in events management, that has led her to make the next big jump to property management. 

With her previous experience where she grew her knowledge as an assistant property manager, Bushra has made the next step to grow with the Barry Plant Rowville team and has fully embraced portfolio management . 

Bushra has formed from her previous role a very vast array of knowledge of the rental markets of all surrounding suburbs. Bushra has grown to have a high knowledge of portfolio management and has adapted her knowledge well into her new role.

Since starting at Barry Plant Rowville she has helped many Renters and Residential Rental Providers achieve their end goals of leasing a property with such grace and efficiency. 

Bushra is an absolute jack of all trades, with experience managing major high end events, through to her studying her masters in visual arts and starting her own side business in textile designs.

Bushra prides herself on her creative flair, spending her time oil painting and hand crafting fashion for family and her friends, highlighting the key piece she has crafted being her own wedding dress.

Out of hours, you'll find Bushra being a mother to her 6 year old son who has taught her persistence and she has since adapted her caring nature to her career and we think this is a great fit for portfolio management. 

After moving to Australia, Bushra started out as a social secretary for the Pakistan Consulate in 2016, she learnt an extremely useful skill of persistence as it was a default and fast paced environment and brushed shoulders with diplomatic officials.
