About Cathy Tran - Real Estate Agent

Cathy is a Principal and a Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent at One Agency North Real Estate. She is a member of REIWA and holds a Diploma of Business (Accounting), a Diploma of Property, Management & Development, as well as Property Investment.

After 15 years of work in retail management & operations, Cathy decided to expand her knowledge of buying and selling property as investor, and so begin her real estate career. Cathy previously enjoyed many successful years selling at a leading Northern Suburbs Agency, featuring each year in REIWA’s High Achievers Awards.

Cathy comes from Vietnam, and is of mixed heritage with a Vietnamese mother and Chinese father. She has a big family with six brothers and sisters, who have thirteen children between them. She has two beautiful kids of her own and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Cathy is passionate about helping people sell and buy real estate. Her professionalism shows through her knowledge of the industry and her ability to sell all types of properties. Cathy’s excellent communication skills allow her to give you regular updates on progress until your property is sold.
