Owned and operated by Michael and Pamela Hart long time residents of the Westlakes, who after 20 years trading in real estate on the Boulevarde in Toronto have moved to the geographic centre of the Westlakes, Rathmines.

Having lived here for over 50 years we are truly local, we love the area and have a keen understanding of the market, the people and the future direction. With Morisset going gang busters and Toronto in stall mode the move to Rathmines has positioned us closer to the action.

The lakeside suburbs of Rathmines, Fishing Point, Balmoral, Buttaba and Arcadia Vale with 165 house sales in the last 12 months worth 64million dollars, shall be our main emphasis, while retaining our traditional client relationships between Teralba in the north and Morisset in the south.
