A former physiotherapist, Chadd initially cut his teeth in real estate as a property valuer after attaining a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in property.

This early insight into valuations, along with his own investment experience, gives him a deep understanding of the market and an ability to develop effective pricing strategies on behalf of his clients.
