Charis completed her Master’s degree from the prestigious University of Melbourne. Initially, she ventured into the real estate industry as a stepping stone into the corporate world. However, to her surprise, she discovered a deep passion for this field. Real estate captivates her, and she truly appreciates how people-focused it is.

An incredible opportunity presented itself when Charis joined forces with two accomplished women, Rose and Lenny, to establish Bnbculture. Since then, the company has experienced continuous growth and success. Leveraging her expertise in customer service, technology, and innovative resources, Charis played a pivotal role in building and streamlining the rental process, along with all other aspects of the company.

Charis’s forte lies in managing rental logistics. She specializes in collaborating with renters and rental providers, resolving any maintenance or cleaning issues that may arise. Her extensive knowledge of handywork allows her to minimize costs for our property owners, ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Moreover, she excels at liaising with various stakeholders such as owner corporations, building management, insurance providers, handymen, and cleaning companies.

Thanks to her comprehensive understanding of Victorian Tenancy Law, Charis accurately identifies and addresses potential issues, providing owners with expert advice to safeguard their interests. Throughout her career, especially during the challenging times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Charis and her team consistently supported owners through the most difficult cases they encountered while self-managing their properties.

When she’s not working, Charis cherishes the tranquility of her home, seeking solace from the demanding nature of her job. She finds joy in indulging in TV series, allowing herself a much-needed break. Additionally, she enjoys occasional outings for coffee or dining with friends and family, finding these moments invaluable for relaxation and rejuvenation.
