Raised on a farm in Warragul and living most of his early life on agricultural properties in the Greater Geelong region, Charles experienced firsthand the values of honest, hard work and the security that land provides for a happy family life. Educated at Geelong College, Deakin University and the Gordon, Charles earned a Diploma in Building and Construction and a Bachelor of Construction Management. His practical skills and personable nature made Charles a popular and successful landscaping professional before entering the world of real estate. Charles is now a fully licensed estate agent with over 7 years of experience in the industry.

When not at work, Charles is happiest spending time with his young family, fishing at his favourite spots off Queenscliff and socialising with friends.
