Living in Scarborough and previously in Hillarys, North Beach and Trigg, Chas loves the beach and the coastal lifestyle. His renovation of many homes including building two new homes has assisted his career, with the vision to see potential in most properties. Chas’s interests include sports, in particular Rugby League (Chas was a State under 18’s and Under 21’s representative and South Perth first grade premiership player), Rugby Union Member of the Western Force and also tennis being a member of North Beach. He also enjoys daily beach swims, any type of surfing and has sponsored over many years not only the North Beach Tennis Club but also both Scarborough and Trigg Surf Life Saving Clubs. A long term committee member of the Scarborough Beach Association and also a past chairman, has been actively involved in many of the City of Stirling’s committees. He has been on the Coastal Advisory Committee, was previously a community representative for the Scarborough Environmental Area Strategy (SEAS) and previously on the committee for the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships (AUSSIES). Chas has specialised west of the freeway along the coastal strip, for all of his over 25 years in real estate. He prides himself on a high standard of service, maintaining continual communication with his impressive list of satisfied clients, both past and present, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
