With a Bachelor of Counselling, Chelsea developed strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of people’s needs. Her early career in student accommodation allowed her to put these skills into practice—supporting students, running events, and ensuring they felt at home. This experience reinforced her passion for working closely with people and making meaningful connections.

Her transition into real estate was inspired by a desire to continue helping people achieve their goals. After reading 'Inside Real Estate' by Peter O'malley, Chelsea was drawn to Hudson Bond’s ethical approach to real estate, knowing it aligned with her values of honesty and integrity.
