Cheryle is both a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, specialising in residential homes, lifestyle acreage, investment properties, and first home buyer support. Having lived in the area for over 22 years, Cheryle is an active member of the business community and has proudly served on the committees of both the Bundaberg Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters, reflecting her commitment to connection, leadership, and ongoing personal growth.
Her extensive background includes over 15 years operating a finance broking business, along with first-hand experience in small developments, subdivisions, renovations, and new property construction. Raised on a stud dairy farm and spending her childhood holidays helping on her grandparents’ sheep property, Cheryle has a deep appreciation for rural life. Her greatest personal challenge? Sailing across the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles to Brisbane—via Hawaii, Fiji, and New Caledonia—aboard a 65’ yacht. A journey that speaks to her determination, adaptability, and spirit of adventure.
