Chloe Goers has dedicated the past four years to learning all aspects of the Real Estate industry. Chloe is a hard-working and driven individual, striving to achieve the best possible results for all of her clients. With over 10 years of people management, Chloe is able to work closely with her clients, catering to both their personal and property needs.

Chloe prides herself in being able to juggle a larger workload, and she certainly does this well. Chloe is our senior Property Investment Manager here at SA Homes & Acreage, as well as a Sales Consultant. Working alongside our Principal Leonie Simmons for many years, Chloe says she has been lucky to have such a skilled and knowledgeable mentor.

As a fully qualified Property Manager and Sales Consultant, Chloe can offer you a more informative approach to leasing and selling. Chloe prides herself on her punctual, caring, and understanding nature. Chloe has recently helped some of her clients obtain up to 8% return on their investments. Chloe forms fierce and loyal relationships with all of her clients, and as such has many clients that refer her to their family and friends on a regular basis.

After recently getting married, Chloe plans to ensure that her career is well looked after and her clients needs come first. While Chloe is always challenging herself, she is currently studying her Diploma in Real Estate services and plans to move into a full-time sales role over the coming years.
