About Chloe Pound - Real Estate Agent
Chloe started her career in Real Estate back in 2009 where she started as a Receptionist role at a boutique Property Management company in Joondalup. She enjoyed the day to day tasks involved in assisting her employees, Landlords and Tenants, but very soon decided to widen her knowledge and complete her Property Managers registration. in 2010 she moved into an assistant Property Managers role and not long after this began managing her on portfolio.
In the years that followed Chloe's knowledge and experience grew significantly which has made her an asset to the industry. She enjoys the day to day challenges property management brings, problem solving and assisting Landlord and Tenants to her best ability. By doing so she has built strong relationships with her clients, existing and new.
Chloe has recently returned to work from maternity leave after welcoming her daughter in 2022 and is excited to be back as a working mum!
