About Chris Crasto - Real Estate Agent

Chris Crasto has been involved in real estate on the Gold Coast since 1994. In 2000, he opened Advantage Real Estate in Robina, which serviced the central Gold Coast region, and the Hinterland. Hard work, persistence and the right attitude saw the business grow to a team of 18 in under two years. In 2003, the company was approached by an international Real Estate Company to bring their brand to the Gold Coast. Over the next 4 years, the company grew to a team of 40. However in 2006, due to a change in personal and family commitments saw the directors change their focus from running a large team to running a boutique business that was focused on their value system. The need in the market for a local company with a focus on being flexible and offer clients old fashioned service and values while incorporating modern day professionalism and technology saw the change of the brand to Crasto Properties.

Prior to real estate, Chris came from 12 years of management in five star hotels around the world. He has lived in Europe, Asia and the USA and has had the opportunity to work with and manage people from various nationalities. This experience and the motto of hotel management where ‘the client is always right’ has seen Chris build a successful real estate career based on a genuine caring and empathy for people. Chris approached real estate as a career, not just a job. He is in this business for the long term and realises that 80% of the success in his business is a direct result of the referrals he receives from his past clients.
