Since starting her real estate career in 2005, Christie successfully made a name for herself as a Young Gun in the real estate industry, being awarded SOLD Magazines Top under 30’s Agent in 2009.
Her success in real estate sales was evident in her commitment to outstanding customer service in the fast paced residential market of Pacific Pines, South East Queensland, a Stockland’s Master Planned community.
Christie worked alongside key personnel from the Stockland’s Sales office and was responsible for the smooth transition of land transactions for sellers, allowing them to successfully complete their purchase of new vacant land when upgrading in the master planned community.
During her time with LJ Hooker Pacific Pines, Christie formed strong connections with the local builders both large and small.
Christie’s focus turned to provide solutions to builders that were building new homes (commonly known as Spec homes) and selling their completed product, which posed a fantastic opportunity for first home buyers and investors.
Christie’s desire for growth and opportunity coupled with her strong new home sales experience lead to her opening her own Real Estate Agency in the emerging suburb of Yarrabilba in 2014.
Yarrabilba is a rapidly growing community in South East Queensland and the largest of the Lend Lease masterplan estates.
Construction started in 2013 and will continue for approximately 30 years.
In that time the estate will grow to 17,000 lots and an estimated 52,000 residents.
Christie open the doors of LJ Hooker Yarrabilba in 2014, and has grown from 2 directors, and 10 newly completed properties for sale and 3 properties under property management, to a thriving sales department responsible for 50% of residential house sales in the Yarrabilba area and over 400 properties under management.
Through outstanding customer service, experienced local people, great local knowledge and a community focus, the business has grown at a much faster rate than the original plan.
With Christie’s leadership and vision, her team will continue to focus on the core values of customer service and local knowledge, but on a much larger scale.
Christie’s goal is to be one of the largest and most successful LJ Hooker agencies in Queensland with a great reputation for customer service.
