About Clare Christiansen - Real Estate Agent

Clare is the General Manager of Rent Choice, a Perth-based property management agency that operates across the entire metropolitan region - from Mandurah to Yanchep and everywhere in between. Clare began her real estate career in 2004, and since then has developed extensive experience across strata, commercial, and residential property management. Clare is known for her strong communication and negotiation skills and enjoys working closely with both her team and clients.

Since 2014, Clare has been a dedicated advocate for the local real estate industry having served on multiple industry committees, including the REIWA Property Management Network Committee. In 2021, Clare was elected to the REIWA Council and then re-elected in 2024. In this role, she has helped shape key legislation including rental reforms, the COVID Emergency Response Act, and improvements to family domestic violence support. She is also part of the WA Government’s Property Industry Advisory Committee (PIAC), which works directly with the state’s housing minister to inform and shape local policies. Clare holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Property (Agency Management).
