Large rural property with difficult access?

If your property is overly steep, has overgrown tracks, has low lying wet areas or just has difficult vehicular access our agents have access to a 3 seat ATV that can be left at your property for the duration of the sales campaign. This ensures we can get to those difficult to reach locations of your property for photographs and drone footage and means potential buyers can view all areas of your property.

Access only available by water?

We have our own boat and capable of reaching almost any location in East Gippsland. We can use our boat to take photographs and drone footage and ferry potential buyers to your property. Even if you have a waterfront property with road access we can still use our boat to take photos from the water, presenting your property in the best possible way.
