We’re a small but thriving real estate agency based in idyllic Pottsville. We connect buyers to premium properties in the NSW Northern Rivers and Tweed Coast regions.

Our story

Nicole Abbott launched Coastal Abode Properties in 2016, a decade into flipping houses with her builder husband, Danny. Buying, renovating and selling properties across three states saw them trade handshakes with many real estate agents. Most talked a big game, were hard to get hold of and leaned on shady tactics to secure sales.

Worse still, they didn’t understand the importance of styling homes for sale. They took notes, booked in the photographer, slapped up a ‘for sale’ sign and sent the listing live. End of marketing game.

Nicole knew she could do better.

Driven by a background in communications and a deep love of property styling, she founded a boutique real estate agency focused on consistent communication, top-shelf (but affordable) lifestyle marketing and better outcomes for everyone.
