John F Sercombe (JFS) is the only person who has been a Fellow of the REIA on the North Coast, an agent who commenced practice in 1973. He was also the only person on the North Coast who was Accredited by the REINSW in Residential Sales, Auctioneering, Business Brokerage & Property Management!

Having been a Board Member of the REINSW in the 1990's, today, JFS is an active Board Member of the Estate Agent’s Co-Operative (eAC) & have lectured in Agency Practice for 25 years.

This firm is the longest continually run estate agency in the Coffs Harbour district - founded in 1977. We were also one of the longest established firms in the R&W Network as well - between September 1984 & April 2011.

When you list with us, not only are you doing business with a firm who deals with & gets on with, all other agents in this district but is able to distribute your listing via the eAC to about a dozen firms in this district, together with about 400 across the State. You have massive representation across many hundreds of agents yet retain the personal service of our very experienced staff!

We have about 100 years experience between us. We will not promise you events or sales figures which you won’t be able to achieve - there are literally thousands of people who have dealt with us over the years who attest to this.

Our premises allow us to offer park at door service together with in rooms auctions when required.
