Compass Realty was started by Lyn Ritherdon and Andrew Chen, who were both the number 1 sales persons in their areas (Zetland and Rhodes). We aim to provide the best property services in Zetland and Waterloo areas. We strive to shine in every area of our business, continually reinventing ourselves as we find better ways to achieve our clients’ goals. We are a learning organization. We regularly review our structure, systems and processes, asking ourselves: How can we improve our service to our clients?

While our main focus is selling and managing residential property, we have a range of complementary services to make it easier for you to do business. As well as our residential and property management teams, we offer help in the areas of home loans, project marketing, investment sales and commercial sales & leasing.
