About Contemporary Homes

Contemporary Homes is a family owned and operated company, founded in 2010 by directors Ken and Susan Barber and Michael and Kelli Paddison. Ken and Susan Barber have worked in the building and real estate industries for over 20 years, and along with their son and daughter-in-law have experienced increased growth since joining forces 5 years ago.

Michael has had 10 years’ experience with estimating and in the building material trade, while Kelli comes from a legal background and has a natural eye for colour and design. We are a fully licensed residential building company and a well-known name in the local Orange district.

Building your own home can be daunting. At Contemporary Homes we custom design and plan clients home to their lifestyle. Or clients can choose from one of our extensive designs, to build on the block of their choice.

The people who help you plan your home, will be the same people who will be on site, with you, building your dream home. At Contemporary Homes we don’t hand you over to a site supervisor or foreman. We are personally with you every step of the way.
