Corrie Piripi commenced his journey in Property Management in 2010 when he took a leadership role in a Nationally recognized pioneer brand in the southwest.

He assisted a team to grow rapidly towards a rent roll of 1000 properties.

This presented many challenges for the team but with innovation and hard work, the team started to deliver quality outcomes and received recognition in some of the national conferences.

Corrie noticed how important it was to treat the tenants and landlords with respect and improve customer service.

“Unfortunately, in our industry tenants can be treated poorly, little do some property managers understand that our tenants become our clients and invest in real estate properties”.

Property management is all about people, Corrie’s other passion is working with Youth and families that have suffered trauma, abuse, and neglect for over 20 years.

Corrie has completed years of paid and volunteer work in schools and the community.

Corrie and the team have hosted many community events in the South West and raised money for the poor and needy.

Corrie has presented on industry panels and regular writings in the South Western Times.

Corrie and his wife have been married for 23 years and have 5 children and 1 handsome grandson - we also cannot forget their two French Bulldogs Pablo and Versace.

Corrie has worked as a Business Development Manager and closely alongside the leasing department to understand the important process of tenant selection and the leasing process.

Corrie has also sold properties and offers this service too.

Providing a boutique experience that will have him manage a small portfolio and provide a very tailored service.
